Born Pretty Salon Policies
🤍 Children are welcome in our salon, however we take no responsibility for them or their safety. If they hurt themselves, we take no liability for any injury incurred. Please keep in mind that a salon has sharp objects, hot tools & chemicals. If they damage anything in the salon you will be liable for the cost to fix, replace or clean the item. Please also be mindful that other clients may be using this time to relax & unwind & their experience should not be interrupted.
🤍 We are unable to book children's cuts on weekends or after 4:30pm Friday's, as this is one of our busiest times. If you make an appointment for a child on a weekend or Friday's after 4:30pm, your child will be charged at an adult price.
🤍 Young people under that age of 16 aren't covered under our insurance for any chemical work, a gaurdian may need to sign a waiver for us to proceed with any of these services. If our stylists feel uncomfortable, they have the right to deny the service.
🤍 We strive to make everyone's experience a beautiful one, so ifyou have any grievances with another client please let us know & we will ensure that your appointments never clash
🤍 Things to remember when booking with Born Pretty
- 🤍 If you cancel, reschedule within 24 or hours or miss your appointment for any reason there will be a $50 fee. Any fee that is not paid will be classed as an outstanding debt & will be re-invoiced & will prevent you from having an appointment at born pretty until paid
- 🤍 All clients are required to to pay a $50 booking fee to keep their appointment. If the the fee isn't paid, the appointment may be cancelled. As a small business that relies on bookings, we cannot afford to allocate appointments for people who don't respect our time. the small fee will cover the staff member for the hour appointment slot that was allocated to your appointment.
- 🤍 A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL BE TAKEN FOR ANY SMOOTHING, EXTENSIONS & SATURDAY Christmas APPOINTMENTS.
Salon Policies
🤍 Please ensure that you book the correct service when booking online, if you are unsure, please add notes to your booking so that we can alloctae enough time & ensure that you have booked with the correct stylist.
🤍 Please allow enough time for us to do our job to the best of our ability.
🤍 Any lightening service will need 3-5 hours, Colour correction 4-8 hours, Smoothing & extensions 2-4 hours
🤍 We employ apprentices at Bornpretty, so a junior will touch your hair at some stage, please remember that they are learning, so be kind. If you would prefer a junior not to touch your hair then you will be charged a higher price to cover the stylist time
🤍If you are on a time restraint please advise us in your consultation so we can work out a solution for you.
🤍We are a full service salon, which means there is no discount for services not being done at the clients request.
🤍If you have not purchased the home care products we have recommended for you, from one of our salons, then we take no resposibilty for the contidion of your hair & can not guarentee our work.
🤍Please be advised that Crissy's book's are limited & any new clients that book in with her may be charged at a higher rate
Booking Policies
🤍All clients are required to pay a $50 deposit to secure their appointment. This will be taken off the end bill total at the appointment
🤍If you cancel, reschedule within 24 or more hours or miss your appointment for any reason there will be a $50 fee.
🤍If you fail to pay the $50 cancelation fee you will not be able to have another appointment until it has been paid
🤍A non-refundable deposit will be taken for any smoothing, extensions & Saturday Christmas appointments.
