Refund policy
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We are a very busy salon at BORNPRETTY & have a cancelation list; therefore, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice when cancelling your appointment. We send an automated confirmation text to our clients 48 hours prior to appointments, it is expected that you reply to the txt (with yes or no) or if you need to reschedule your appointment call the salon on 0419 905 291.
If you cancel, reschedule or miss your appointment for any reason, within 24 hours there will be a $50 fee.
If you miss one appointment, we will require a $50, non-refundable deposit to hold any future bookings. No show clients and late cancellations within 24 hours may result in a fee covering the whole cost of the appointment.
Running Late
We understand sometimes you can’t help running late to your appointment, due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, however we do ask that you call the salon on 0419 905 291 as soon as you possibly can. Depending on how late you will be, we may need to reschedule your appointment or move it to a later time so that it doesn’t affect our other guests.
Pricing
All prices are subject to variation & change. BORNPRETTY stylists provide each client with a consultation before their appointment and will happily supply you with a quote upon request.
Product Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Hair Refunds
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections, you will be required to let us physically see your hair before making a decision on rectifying the situation, which may include but not limited to re-colouring, conditioning treatments, re-cutting etc. In the event of a request for a refund, there will be a full investigation before a refund is issued. Please be advised that we are not liable for hair reactions from home care products that are not purchased from us or recommended by our stylists or from build up of minerals from hard water or old piping. There are no refunds on hair extensions or change of mind
